Xiaomi launched the Mi 10T series last year in India. The company unveiled two premium devices, namely the Mi 10T and the 10T Pro. Both devices launched in October 2020 are due for their annual refresh. Xiaomi is expected to launch the Mi 11T series very soon. The company, like last year, could unveil its new premium phones in India in October 2021. While we wait for some official confirmation, some details of the upcoming Mi 11T series have leaked online. Xiaomi Mi 11T 5G FCC listing
The Xiaomi Mi 11T 5G could launch very soon. Ahead of the official launch, the smartphone has visited the FCC website, confirming some key details. The Mi smartphone has the model number 21081111RG. According to the FCC listing, the Mi 11T 5G runs MIUI 12.5 out of the box. The listing also reveals the list of LTE bands the device will support.
It also suggests that the Mi 11T will have a display size close to 6.8” as the overall diagonal dimension of the device is 174mm. The design schematic attached with the listing reveals that there is a large rectangular-shaped cutout for the camera setup. This is all that the FCC listing revealed.
According to a GSMArena report, citing various other reports, the Mi 11T could feature a Dimensity 1200 SoC. It will have a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 3x tele-macro camera. Xiaomi will launch the Mi 11T 5G with a 120Hz display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It could upgrade the display panel from an OLED to AMOLED for the Mi 11T 5G series.
There will also be a Pro model that is likely to feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC. It will come packed with a 5000 mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. Another report from GizmoChina claims that Xiaomi will launch the Mi 11T 5G on September 23.
