Lava has announced the launch date of the Lava Yuva 5G smartphone in India, which is set for May 30. The homegrown brand has also confirmed the design elements of the smartphone with the latest teaser. Here are the details.
Lava Yuva 5G: All We Know
The Lava Yuva 5G will be available via Amazon and is confirmed to come with a flat display with rounded corners. The Yuva 5G will sport a circular camera housing for dual cameras with a 50MP primary camera and AI features. The smartphone will be available in two colours, which are green and blue.
The smartphone will come with a centred punch hole cutout, slim bezels, and a thick chin on the bottom. The SIM card tray, USB Type C port, speaker grille, and primary microphone will be at the bottom.

The top of the device will house the 3.5mm headphone jack and the secondary microphone. The power button and volume rockers will be present on the right side of the device. Lava adds that the device will feature premium glass on the rear with a matte finish.
An upcoming Lava smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench with the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 or Dimensity 6300 SoC and the LXX513 model number.
The LXX513 model number is tipped to belong to the upcoming Yuva 5G. Paras Guglani, a tipster on X (formerly Twitter), has revealed that the device will be priced in the sub-Rs 10,000 segment. The other expected specifications of the device include a 16MP selfie camera, a 5,000mAh battery, 6GB of RAM and more. We shall get more details on May 30, so, it is best to wait.
