Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Listed on FCC Certification Website, Could Launch Soon

The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion will be the successor to the Edge 20 Fusion from 2021.

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion is expected to launch soon in some global markets and eventually in India as well The device will be the successor to the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion from 2021, which was one of the best sub Rs 25,000 phones in India. Motorola launched the Edge 30 Pro flagship phone earlier this year in India and the Motorola Edge 30 was launched in India back in May as a new mid-range phone.

The Edge 30 Fusion was previously spotted on multiple certifications like TDRA, Wi-Fi Alliance, and 3C certification revealing details the like phone’s name, OS version, Wi-Fi details, charging speed, and more. Now, the device has been listed on the FCC database in the US revealing more details of the phone like fast charging speed, battery capacity, and connectivity details.

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Battery and Fast Charging Details Listed on FCC

The upcoming Edge 30 Fusion with XT2243-1 model number has been spotted on the FCC website. The listing reveals the phone to feature a max charging speed of 68.2W fast charging. The listing also confirms a 4,400mAh battery capacity. Further, the FCC database confirms this will be a 5G device with support for 5G multiple bands. In terms of connectivity features, the device will come with dual SIM support, dual-band Wi-Fi connection, NFC, and Bluetooth.

Moto Edge 30 Fusion Leaked Specifications

The Edge 30 Fusion is tipped to a 6.55-inch Full HD+ display panel. Since last year’s Edge 20 Fusion offered a 90Hz AMOLED display, we can expect the upcoming Edge series device to have an AMOLED display. The device is expected to come in 8GB + 128GB configuration. It is said to come pre-loaded with Android 12. The Moto Edge 30 Fusion was spotted with 68.2W fast charging support on the 3C certification recently as well, which is an improvement from the 30W on the Edge 20 Fusion.

To those unaware, the Moto Edge 20 Fusion was powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 800U and up to 8GB of RAM. The Edge 20 Fusion offered a 108MP camera setup with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit.
