Oppo appears to be prepping up for the launch of a new Reno7 series handset – Oppo Reno7 Z 5G. The handset was spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database, NBTC, and TUV Rheinland certification databases just last week. Now, we have spotted the upcoming Oppo Reno7 Z 5G handset with model number CPH2343 on the FCC certification website. The latest certification listing reveals some key specifications of the upcoming handset. Let us take a closer look at the details,
Oppo Reno7 Z will be 7.49mm Thick!
The upcoming Oppo Reno7 Z 5G appeared on FCC certification with the model number CPH2343. The FCC listing reveals that the upcoming Reno7 series device will be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery unit. The handset will measure 159.85 × 73.19 × 7.49mm and weigh 173grams. The certification listing further reveals that the handset will come preloaded with ColorOS 12.0.1.
Apart from this, the certification listing does not reveal anything about the device. However, the handset was spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database last week which confirmed some of the key specifications.
As per the benchmark listing, the Reno7 Z will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ 5G processor. The Snapdragon 480+ is fabbed on an 8nm fabrication process and brings with it Adreno 619 GPU. The system on chip also features an integrated X51 modem that brings 5G connectivity to the table.
The Reno7 Z is confirmed to pack 8GB of RAM and boot Android 11, thanks to the benchmark listing. The handset will support 33W fast charging as revealed in the TUV Rheinland listing.
Unfortunately, other specifications such as screen size, screen type, and camera hardware information are unknown as of now. However, we can expect the Reno7 Z to appear on other certification websites in the coming weeks.
