Samsung Galaxy A24 4G Spotted on FCC Certification Website With 25W Charger, Could Debut Soon

Samsung is expected to launch a host of Samsung Galaxy A-series smartphones including the Galaxy A24 in the coming weeks. As per a noted tipster Evan Blass, Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked for A-series smartphones is scheduled for March 30. Ahead of the rumoured launch, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A24 on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database.

The upcoming Galaxy A24 made an appearance on the FCC database with the model number SM-A245M/DSN. The certification listing also reveals some of the key specifications of the upcoming A-series smartphone. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The FCC certification listing reveals that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A24 can be charged with a charging adapter that has model number EP-TA800, which is Samsung’s 25W Type-C power adapter. This confirms that the Samsung Galaxy A24 will feature support for 25W fast charging. The listing also confirms support LTE connectivity for the handset, as per the listing, the handset will feature support for Band 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 26, 28, and 66.

The listing also reveals support for WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity. The upcoming handset will also feature support for microSD card. Apart from it, the listing does not reveal anything about the Samsung Galaxy A24.

Samsung Galaxy A24 was earlier spotted on the Geekbench database which revealed that the device will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The smartphone has already been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standard certification, so India launch should happen as well.
