Now, 91Mobiles has exclusively revealed the storage variants of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Might Debut in Two Variants

Industry sources for the publication reveal that Xiaomi will debut the smartphone in a special edition with a titanium frame as well. The standard variant will continue to sport an aluminium frame. Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone in a similar special edition with a titanium frame.

The probable reason to debut the standard variant with aluminium is likely to keep the costs low to boost the sales. 91Mobiles confirms that Xiaomi will debut the smartphone in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB configurations in China.

In addition, Yogesh Brar, a well-known tipster, has revealed the key specifications of the 14 Ultra smartphone. The post divulges that Xiaomi will equip the smartphone with a 6.73-inch OLED display with a QHD+ resolution.

The OLED panel will sport a refresh rate of 120Hz with support for LTPO technology. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and Adreno 750 GPU.

The upcoming Xiaomi smartphone will run on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box. Xiaomi will continue to equip the device with a circular camera island with quad rear cameras.

The setup will comprise a 50MP primary sensor with a 1-inch sensor size and variable aperture support. The sensor will be paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3.2x zoom, and a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor with 5x zoom.

Earlier leaks indicated that Xiaomi will equip the Sony LYT 900 sensor as the primary sensor. The OLED panel will also sport a centred punch hole cutout to house the 32MP selfie camera. The smartphone will be backed by a large 5300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging tech.
