Xiaomi has officially confirmed the global launch of the flagship Xiaomi 14 Series.
The global variant will continue the Leica partnership for cameras.
Xiaomi will launch its latest flagships in multiple markets such as Germany and the Philippines.
The Xiaomi 14 Series was launched in China in October 2023 as the first device with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The company released two devices, the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro. Xiaomi has now officially confirmed that the Xiaomi 14 Series’ global launch will take place on February 25, 2024.
The announcement was made by Xiaomi’s founder and CEO Lei Jun on X (formerly Twitter). The teaser was also posted by Xiaomi’s Global, Philippines, and Germany Twitter handles confirming that the Xiaomi 14 Series will launch in multiple markets.
Xiaomi has not confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi 14 Series in India yet. However, the Twitter handle of Xiaomi India posted a strategic partnership with Leica, hinting at a flagship launch. There is a high chance that the Xiaomi 14 Series will launch in India as well, but an official date has not been disclosed.

Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro: Features
The Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro come with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. These are also the first set of devices to launch with Xiaomi’s new operating system HyperOS, replacing MIUI. The new flagships also feature Xiaomi’s self-developed Longjing Glass for screen protection.
The Xiaomi 14 Series features 50W wireless charging and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Xiaomi also has a 16GB+1TB variant as a top model for both devices. The Xiaomi 14 Pro also gets a special Titanium Edition in China. However, the launch of this specific variant for the global markets is not yet confirmed.
Previously, Lei Jun shared plans to launch the Xiaomi 14 Ultra as well. The device has been spotted on Geekbench and the BIS Certification portal with the model number 24030PN60G. It has now been confirmed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will launch alongside.
Pricing for the Xiaomi 14 Series starts at CNY 3999 (approx 45,500) in China. We can expect the global pricing to start at around Rs 60,000 for the base variant of the Xiaomi 14.
