We somewhat were aware of the upcoming phones from the Moto G series. Though the classic Moto G lineup doesn’t exist anymore, phones from the lineup are mostly mid-range phones, with decent hardware and awesome clean vanilla Android, a reason why many others envy Motorola. It was somewhat known already that Motorola is working on bringing the new Moto G41, G51 and G71. Moto G51 to many regions after the Moto G51 was recently launched in China. Moto G71 was also spotted on TENAA just a few days ago and the Moto G41 was also approved for sale in Brazil. However, it looks like the launch of these phones outside China is also pretty close as some of the design renders of all these three phones have appeared online, thanks to Nils Ahrensmeier.

He shared quite a few renders of Moto G41, G51 and G71. At first, he shared renders of Moto G41, but while sharing the renders of Moto G71, he said he made some mistakes and mixed all of them up. So, I guess for now it’s safe to assume that these are the renders of G71, not G41 because there is a clear mention of OIS and being familiar with the naming scheme of Motorola, I’m quite sure that the G71 is the higher-end model that will offer OIS.

He posted some more renders quoting the tweet above, and those are the renders of Moto G41. I could be wrong, but due to the caption, which is also kinda broken, there’s nothing more to find out.

Finally, there is the Moto G51, which is probably the most beautiful looking phone among all these. And we all know the hardware aspects of the phone. The phone features a 6.8-inch IPS HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole at the centre. The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480 Plus SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The phone runs Android 11 out of the box.

The phone has a triple camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The phone packs a huge 5,000mAh battery.

Regarding Moto G41 and G71, not much is known. The G71 is said to come with a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display and it could offer 5G connectivity as well, just like the G51. However, it is still not clear which chipset will be used for the smartphone, but the rumour mill suggests an octa-core SoC with support for 5G with clock speeds up to 2.2GHz. So, we’re not keeping an eye for further revelations regarding the latest phones from Motorola.
