Moto Tab G62 Spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 680 SoC, 4GB RAM Ahead of India Launch on August 17th

Motorola is set to launch a new Android tablet in India next week. The company will launch the Moto Tab G62 on August 17th in the country after launching the Moto G32 and Moto G62 5G phones this week. This will be the third tablet after the Moto Tab G20 and the Moto Tab G70 LTE.

Ahead of the launch of the upcoming tablet from Motorola, the tab’s Flipkart availability was confirmed a couple of days back along with most details of the device. Now, the Moto Tab G62 has been spotted on the Geekbench database revealing details like the SoC, RAM, and OS version of the tablet. Let’s take a look at the Motorola tablet in detail.

Moto Tab G62 Geekbench Details

The upcoming Motorola Moto Tab G62 has been listed on the Geekbench database with the XT2261-2 model number. The device will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SoC with four cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four cores clocked at 1.9GHz. This is the Snapdragon 680 SoC from Qualcomm, which will be paired with Adreno 610 GPU. On the Geekbench, the device has been listed with 4GB of RAM. As for the software, the Tab G62 will run on Android 12 out of the box.

Moto Tab G62: Specifications

The Moto Tab G62 will come with a 10.6-inch 2K IPS LCD display. The Android tab will be powered by Snapdragon 680 4G SoC and will be available in Wi-Fi only and 4G LTE options. The tab will come with a quad-speaker setup with support for Dolby Vision. Powering the tab will be a large 7,700mAh battery unit on the inside. This tab will also support 20W fast charging.

As for the build quality, the Tab G62 will come in a premium and sleek metal design. The screen has a dedicated reading mode and is also TUV certified for eye protection. The Moto tab will run on Android 12 OS and comes with Google Kids space and Entertainment space. Lastly, the tab will come with a single rear as well as a front camera.
