Let’s take a look at the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra specifications, design and other details revealed so far.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra: Everything Leaked So Far

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will be a premium clamshell foldable phone launching in China and possibly some other markets next month. Ahead of the launch, the 91Mobiles Hindi report, citing tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, has revealed the official design images of the foldable phone.

The Razr 40 Ultra will feature a hole-punch cutout at the top centre of the foldable display. The bezels around the screen are fairly narrow too. On the outside, the cover screen covers almost half of the rear panel. It also has a dual-camera setup and an LED flash at the corner of the outer display. The images show the phone in its black, barberry and blue colour options. This is in line with another leak, which revealed the design images of the Razr 40 Ultra.

The 91Mobiles Hindi report further revealed that the device will feature a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. The report did not mention any details about the refresh rate. It is rumoured that the Razr 40 Ultra will feature support for a 144Hz or 165Hz refresh rate. On the outside, the Razr 40 Ultra is tipped to feature a 3.4-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate.

The 91Mobiles Hindi report further revealed that the foldable phone will feature a 3.2GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It is likely to offer at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The foldable phone will launch with a dual-camera setup on the back. It is said to feature a 32MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, the inner display will feature a 12MP front camera sensor. This is contrary to previous leaks, which claimed that the Razr 40 Ultra will feature a 12MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP front camera.

There will be a 3800mAh battery under the hood. If true, the Razr 40 Ultra will pack a bigger battery than the 2022 Razr, which came with a 3500mAh battery. The Razr 40 Ultra is also said to launch with support for 33W fast charging. Lastly, the foldable phone will run Android 13-based MyUX 5 out of the box.

The 91Mobiles report claimed that the foldable phone will be priced at around $1,000 (roughly Rs 82,400) in international markets. What are your thoughts on the Razr 40 Ultra? Let us know in the comments below.
