Our team at MySmartPrice recently spotted the forthcoming Nubia Z60 Ultra smartphone in the GeekBench listing. The GeekBench listing confirmed the chipset and RAM details of the upcoming Nubia smartphone.
The upcoming Z60 series is expected to debut with three smartphones, including a foldable device apart from the vanilla Nubia Z60 and Z60 Ultra smartphones. Nubia is also tipped to launch the Nubia Z50E smartphone along with the smartphones. Popular tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the specifications of the Nubia Z60 Ultra smartphone through a new post on Weibo. The tipster also confirms the launch timeline of the upcoming Nubia smartphones.
Digital Chat Station confirms that Nubia will equip the smartphone with a flat AMOLED panel similar to its predecessor. The upcoming Z60 Ultra smartphone will also inherit the 1.5K resolution from the Nubia Z50 Ultra smartphone. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will power the device. The GeekBench listing of the device confirmed the chipset details of the forthcoming Z60 Ultra smartphone.
The listing also revealed that the device has scored 1634 points in single-core and 5947 points in multi-core tests. The GeekBench listing also confirms that Nubia will equip the device with 12GB RAM. According to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone is also confirmed to run on MyOS UI based on Android 14 out of the box. The device will be backed by a large 6000mAh battery. The smartphone will support 80W wired fast charging tech.
Nubia will equip the forthcoming smartphone with a triple rear camera setup placed on a rectangular camera island. The device will feature a 50MP primary sensor with a sensor size of 1/1.56-inch paired with a secondary ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto sensor. These sensors are likely to be a 50MP sensor with a 1/1.55-inch sensor size and a 64MP telephoto sensor with a sensor size of 1/2-inch. The tipster doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the upcoming device.
The upcoming Nubia Z60 series smartphones are tipped to debut in December in China. Nubia will also debut smartphones in the global markets at a later stage. A previous leak reveals that Nubia will equip the device with an under-display selfie camera. The device will have a 35mm lens and will bring support for Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS).
To recall, the Nubia Z50 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 1116 x 2480 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Nubia equips the device with a triple-rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens. A 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support backs the device.
