One Piece: The Movie (2000)

One Piece: Chopper’s Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals (2002)

Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates are drawn to the woods of Crown Island by tales of a vast treasure, where they come across creatures. As the crew’s doctor breaks from the rest of the Straw Hats, he fulfils a prophecy and becomes the King of Beasts, protector and ruler of the island. On a leisurely island, the Straw Hat Pirates decide to take a break from their expedition towards Grand Line. After welcoming them and offering them seven challenges to help them relax more, Baron Omatsuri, the island’s leader, leaves them when they arrive. Though there is still a mystery surrounding the area and its inhabitants, the crew accepts it. What follows the Straw Hats constitutes the remaining portions of the movie.
