The OnePlus Ace 2 is confirmed to launch in China on February 7. OnePlus confirmed the launch of its new premium smartphone a week ahead of its official debut. The device is likely to launch in India as the OnePlus 10R 5G. The OnePlus 11R 5G will be a premium smartphone offering. The company has already teased the design of the upcoming OnePlus R-series smartphone. Ahead of the launch, the OnePlus Ace 2 has now visited Geekbench.
The listing on Geekbench confirms the performance unit details of the Ace 2 5G. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus Ace 2 specifications, features and other details revealed ahead of the official launch.
OnePlus Ace 2 Geekbench Listing
The OnePlus Ace 2 is set to launch in China on February 7. Ahead of the launch, the phone has visited Geekbench with the model number PHK110. As per the listing, the Ace 2 draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The chipset, which is a generation older than the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, has a peak clock speed of 3.19GHz. The variant listed on Geekbench has a whopping 16GB RAM under the hood.
The listing also reveals that the Ace 2 scored 1336 and 4178 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. The device runs Android 13 out of the box. Since the phone is launching in China, it is likely to have a layer of ColorOS 13 on top of Android.
If the phone is launching in India as the OnePlus 11R 5G, chances are that it will run OxygenOS 13 on top of Android.
The company has already confirmed that the phone has a triple-camera setup. The camera module design is identical to the more premium OnePlus 11 5G. There is no Hasselblad branding on the back. The phone, however, features the alert slider that went missing on the OnePlus 10R 5G/ OnePlus Ace.
As per the leaked details, the phone will have a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is curved towards the edges. The Ace 2 will have a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth/ macro sensor. It will also feature a 16MP front camera. Under the hood, there will be a 5000mAh battery. The phone will support 100W fast charging as well.
