OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of the Buds Pro 2 in India on February 7. The company has already confirmed to launch of its new premium truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds in India alongside the OnePlus 11 5G. A new teaser confirmed that the OnePlus 11R 5G is also launching at the upcoming Cloud 11 OnePlus event on February 7. The Buds Pro 2 TWS will be a successor to the original model launched back in 2021.
The device is already available for purchase in China. Ahead of its India launch, a new leak has listed the key specifications, features and colour options of the Buds Pro 2. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 specifications, features and other key details revealed ahead of the launch.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2 India Variant Specifications
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is set to be another premium TWS in India. The wireless earbuds could be unveiled in two colour options. As per tipster Mukul Sharma, the Buds Pro 2 will launch in India with Black and Green colour options. The latter will be called Arbor Green in India.
Sharma, aka Stufflistings, also revealed that each earbud of the Buds Pro 2 will pack 11mm dynamic drivers. The Chinese variant of the TWS also features 6mm planar diaphragm drivers. There will be three microphones on each earbud to provide environmental noise cancellation. The flagship OnePlus earbuds will support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). OnePlus has also confirmed that the upcoming Pro earbuds will support Spatial Audio.
In addition to this, Sharma revealed that the Indian variant of the Buds Pro 2 will also offer up to 39 hours of battery life. The battery life claim is inclusive of the charging case.
OnePlus has partnered with Dynaudio for tuning the Buds Pro 2. The earbuds will support Bluetooth 5.3. Based on the specs listed above, it is safe to say that the Buds Pro 2 launched in China will come with the same set of specs and features in India.

In that case, each earbud should offer up to nine hours of battery life with ANC disabled. With ANC, the battery life of each earbud could be 5.5 hours. The device will also support fast charging and wireless charging. It will offer up to 3 hours of music playback after charging for 10 minutes via the USB Type-C cable.
Each earbud will weigh about 4.9 grams and the case will weigh about 47.3 grams. The earbuds will also have an IPX4 rating for basic water resistance. We can expect the Buds Pro 2 price in India to be around Rs 10,000. The TWS will be available for purchase via OnePlus online and offline stores and Amazon India soon after the launch.
