OnePlus is reportedly working on launching a new mid-range smartphone in the market. A little while ago, we were able to spot a new OnePlus smartphone with the model number OnePlus AC2003 on the Geekbench database website, which revealed some of its key specifications and features. Today, we have been able to detect the same model number on the TUV Rheinland certification website, which confirms that it will feature 30W fast charging support. Furthermore, the OnePlus AC2001 model number, which could most possibly belong to the OnePlus Nord smartphone, has also been spotted on the BIS certification website. While not officially confirmed, the upcoming OnePlus mid-range smartphone is being tipped to be named either the OnePlus Z or the OnePlus Nord. Whatever the name of the device is, take a look at what we know about it so far.

OnePlus Nord 5G (or OnePlus Z) 30W fast charging confirmed, clears the Indian BIS certification as well

Starting with the BIS certification for the device, the listing hints that the OnePlus Nord could soon be making its way to India. That said, we are not entirely sure as to when that would happen.

As seen in the TUV Rheinland certification image, the OnePlus AC2003 smartphone will feature 5V/6A charging speed, which resonates to 30W of fast charging. Other than the charging speed, the TUV certification does not reveal anything else about the purported OnePlus Nord.

That said, the Geekbench listing for the device has already revealed that it will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, which will be paired with 12GB of RAM. On the software side of things, the OnePlus Nord will ship with the latest Android 10 OS out of the box. The device managed to pull off 612 points in the Single-Core tests and 1955 points in the Multi-Core tests.
