The Nord CE 2 5G might be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor and a Mali G68 GPU. The Dimensity 900 processor is fabbed on a 7nm process and brings 5G connectivity along with it. Powering the handset could be a 4,500mAh battery unit with 65W Warp Charge 65 fast charging.

The Nord CE 2 is said to come with a triple rear camera setup and a LED flash. The primary sensor on the handset could be a 64MP OmniVision sensor. This might be accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the handset is said to offer a 16MP shooter.

The Nord CE 2 is said to be the first Nord series device to come with a dedicated micro-SD card slot. However similar to its predecessor, the upcoming Nord CE 2 will also skip the Alert Slider.
