OnePlus will unveil the OnePlus Watch 2 on February 26 at MWC (Mobile World Congress). OnePlus smartwatch will make its debut same day in India and will be sold via Amazon as well as Flipkart in the country. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus dropped OnePlus Watch 2 teasers on social media channels revealing its design.
Ahead of launch, OnePlus has started selling the OnePlus Watch 2 pre-reserve passes in India. The OnePlus Watch 2, similar to its predecessor, will feature a round dial. It will feature a sapphire crystal watch face and stainless-steel chassis. OnePlus’s upcoming smartwatch will be available in Black Steel and Radiant Steel colour options.
OnePlus Watch 2 features two buttons, a circular crown and a flat button which will reside on the right side. OnePlus claims that the OnePlus Watch 2 will offer up to 100 hours of battery life in Smart Mode. OnePlus says that the OnePlus Watch 2 could be the Best Flagship Smartwatch of 2024 with its market-beating battery life.
OnePlus Watch 2 Pre-reserve Pass Benefits
OnePlus is allowing users to buy a OnePlus Watch 2 pre-reserve pass, available on OnePlus.in at just Rs 99. With this pass, OnePlus Watch 2 buyers will be eligible for a Rs 1,000 discount and a OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC as a freebie, which can be availed until March 31 via a coupon. OnePlus plans to sell only 1500 OnePlus Watch 2 pre-reserve passes on a first come first serve basis.
OnePlus, with the upcoming OnePlus Watch 2, is making a comeback in the smartwatch segment. The company launched its first smartwatch – the OnePlus Watch three years ago at MWC 2021.
The OG OnePlus Watch runs RTOS based operating system. This time around, the brand is said to have opted for Google’s Wear OS platform.
As per rumours, the upcoming OnePlus smartwatch will feature a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. The smartwatch is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC.
