Furthermore, the TENAA certification has revealed the key specifications and images of the handset ahead of the official launch.

The device will also have a 2160 Hz PWM dimming support and a curved-edge display. The TENAA certification discloses that the A2 will flaunt a triple-camera setup at the back accompanied by a LED flash.

Furthermore, the TENAA listing also reveals that the handset will pack a 4,870mAh battery. The smartphone will also have 5G support. The certification also mentions that the device won’t have expandable storage. Furthermore, the images revealed by the TENAA certification reveal that the handset will have a circular camera module at the back and a punch-hole cutout at the top of the display. The power and volume buttons will be located on the right edge of the device. And these are only the details available courtesy of TENAA certification and Digital Chat Station.

Currently, the launch date of the OPPO A2 is yet to be announced by OPPO. However, now that the phone has received the TENAA certification, we can expect OPPO to launch the handset next month. As mentioned above, the A2 will arrive as a successor to the OPPO A1 which debuted last year. To recall, the OPPO A2 features a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 392 PPI pixel density, and a 500 nits brightness. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC which is accompanied by 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The OPPO A1 features a dual-camera setup which consists of a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. On the front side, the device boasts an 8MP camera which has an f/2.0 aperture. The whole package draws power from a 5,000mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging.
