OPPO Reno 11 5G Global Model Receives TDRA, BIS, and FCC Certifications, Geekbench Listing Reveals Hardware Specifications

OPPO introduced the OPPO Reno 11 series in China a few days back. The lineup includes two devices namely the OPPO Reno 11 and the Reno 11 Pro. After the launch of the Reno 11 series in the Chinese market, OPPO seems to be gearing up for the launch of these smartphones for the global market. Recently, the Reno 11 Pro global model was spotted on the TDRA certification website. Now, the vanilla Reno 11 5G model has received the TDRA certification. Besides the TDRA certification, the device is also spotted on BIS and FCC certification. Apart from these certifications, the smartphone’s hardware specifications are also revealed courtesy of the Geekebench listing.

Reno 11 5G Global Model Will Be Powered by Dimensity 1080 SoC

The OPPO Reno 11 5G model which has received the TDRA certification carries the model number as CPH2599. The same smartphone is also spotted on India’s BIS certification. This does indicate one way that OPPO is prepping for the launch of the Reno 11 smartphone for the Indian market. The device also has been spotted on FCC certification as well. The FCC certification reveals that the smartphone will run ColorOS 14 out of the box. The listing also reveals that the device will offer NFC and 5G support. Furthermore, the certification documents also confirm that the smartphone will pack a 4,870mAh battery which will support 67W fast charging.

As mentioned above, the device is also spotted on the Geekbench website. The benchmarking platform details that the Reno 11 5G global model will be powered by Dimensity 1080 SoC which will be coupled with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The smartphone will pack up to 8GB of RAM. It will run Android 14 out of the box with the company’s ColorOS 14 user interface on top. Apart from the hardware information, the other specifications of the global Reno 11 5G model remain unknown. However, from the Geekbench listing, we do get an idea that the Reno 11 5G global variant will pack Dimensity 1080 SoC, instead of Dimensity 8200 chipset which powers the Reno 11 China variant.

To recall, the Reno 11 5G features a 6.7-inch OLED display that has a 394 PPI pixel density, 120Hz refresh rate, and 950 nits brightness. The device packs up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The other key specifications that the device offer includes a 50MP Sony LYT600 sensor, a 32MP telephoto secondary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 32MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock support, a 4,800mAh battery, and up to 68W fast charging.

At present, there are no details available as to when the Reno 11 series could be introduced in the global market including India. Considering that the devices in the Reno 11 lineup are getting various certifications, we can expect them to launch in December or in early January.
