POCO is gearing up to launch the POCO X5 Pro in the Indian market. A leaked promotional banner recently revealed that the POCO X5 Pro will launch on February 6 in the country. Apart from the POCO X5 Pro, the brand is also expected to launch the POCO X5 under the X5 series. Ahead of the POCO X5 Pro India launch, the POCO X5 and the POCO X5 Pro have been listed on a European retailer’s website.
The POCO X5 and the POCO X5 Pro have been listed on Bulgarian retailer – CityTel’s website. The listings on the retailers reveal the design and the specifications of the upcoming POCO X5 series smartphones. However, the images used on the retailer’s website are of the POCO X4 GT and the POCO X4 Pro. Let us take a look at the POCO X5 and POCO X5 Pro specifications and features.
POCO X5 Pro: Specifications
The upcoming X-series smartphone from POCO will offer a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (1080 × 2400 pixel) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Powering the handset will be an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and an Adreno 642L graphics processing unit.
The POCO X5 Pro will be equipped with a triple-rear camera setup that might include a 108MP primary shooter. It will be accompanied by an 8MP sensor and a 2MP sensor. The handset will offer a 16MP front shooter to take care of selfies and video calls. The upcoming X-series smartphone, as per the listing, will offer a 5000mAh battery and 67W fast charging support.
The upcoming X-series handset will retail in yellow, black, and blue colour options. It will measure 162.1 × 76 × 7.9mm and will weigh 181 grams. It will also feature an IP68 rating.
POCO X5: Specifications
The POCO X5 will offer a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ (1080 × 2400 pixel) resolution, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, the handset will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and 6GB of RAM. The device will feature an IP54 rating which will make it dust and splash resistant.
The POCO X5 will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 33W fast charging support. The handset will offer a triple-rear camera setup that will include a 48MP primary shooter, an 8MP sensor, and a 2MP sensor. The handset will offer a 13MP front shooter for selfies. The handset will measure 165.8 × 76.2 × 7.98 mm and weigh 189 grams. As per the listing, the handset will be available in green, blue, and black colour options.
