POCO recently started teasing the launch of the upcoming POCO X6 series smartphones. The Xiaomi-owned brand will debut the POCO X6 5G and POCO X6 Pro 5G smartphones globally in India on January 11. POCO has also announced the global launch of the POCO M6 Pro 4G smartphone on January 11. The global handle of POCO has confirmed the chipsets of the upcoming vanilla X6 5G, X6 Pro 5G and M6 Pro 4G smartphones through a new teaser.

POCO X6 Series, M6 Pro 4G Chipset Details
POCO India previously revealed the chipset details of the forthcoming X6 Pro 5G smartphone. POCO will equip the POCO X6 Pro 5G smartphone with the Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor. POCO also confirmed that the India debut of the Dimensity 8300 ultra will occur in the upcoming launch. The chipset performs similarly to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The chipset features one Cortex A715 core at 3.35GHz, three Cortex A715 cores at 3.2GHz, four Cortex A510 cores at 2.2GHz and Mali G615 MP6 GPU. The FCC listing obtained by the smartphone confirmed that it will debut with up to 8GB / 12GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB of internal storage.
The upcoming X6 Pro 5G is expected to be a toned-down version of the Redmi K70E smartphone with lower fast charging. A recent leak suggests that POCO will debut the smartphone in Black, Grey and Yellow colourways. The vanilla POCO X6 5G smartphone will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, fabricated on Samsung’s 4nm process.
The chipset sports features four Cortex A78 cores at 2.4GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 1.95GHz, and an Adreno 710 GPU. The smartphone is also tipped to debut with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. POCO will debut the smartphone in Black, White and Blue colourways. POCO is tipped to equip the smartphone with a 64MP primary camera.
The smartphone is believed to be a rebranded Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G smartphone. Xiaomi will debut the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G smartphone in India on January 4. The popular Helio G99 SoC will power the upcoming POCO M6 Pro 4G. The 4G SoC sports two Cortex A76 cores at 2.2GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz and Mali G57 MP2 GPU.
The POCO M6 Pro 4G smartphone will sport a 200MP primary camera. The Xiaomi-owned brand will unlikely debut the M6 Pro 4G in India.
