Realme is all set to launch a new number series handset – the Realme 12x 5G on April 2 in India. Ahead of the launch, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has revealed the complete specifications of the upcoming Realme smartphone. Take a closer look at the details.
Realme 12X 5G Indian Variant Details Leaked
Sudhanshu took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an image, which appears to be a marketing poster of the Realme 12x 5G. This hints at the handset’s Indian price. As per the poster, the Realme 12x 5G 8GB+128GB variant will be priced under Rs 15,000 in the country.
The Realme 12x 5G Indian variant is tipped to sport a 6.72-inch LCD screen with a Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 950nits peak brightness. The Chinese variant (launched recently) has a 6.67-inch screen size. The company has already revealed that a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor will power the smartphone.
The Realme 12x 5G Indian variant is said to offer a 50MP primary rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It could weigh 188 grams and might be around 7.69mm in thickness. The smartphone is tipped to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot. It might feature an IP54 rating and come pre-loaded with Android 14.
Realme has already revealed that the Realme 12x 5G will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 45W SuperVOOC fast charging support as opposed to the 15W charging speed of the Chinese model. The upcoming Realme smartphone will also offer a dynamic button and support for air gestures.
The Realme 12x 5G will feature a design language similar to that of the Realme 12 5G. It will have a circular camera module and will arrive in two colourways – a shade of green and a shade of purple. We can expect Realme to reveal more about the handset in the coming days ahead of the launch.
