Realme has confirmed the Realme 8 and 8 Pro launch date. The company will unveil the two upcoming smartphones on March 24 in India.

The company previously confirmed that the 8 Pro will feature a quad-camera setup on the back. It will come with a 108MP primary camera sensor. The details of the other three sensors have not been officially confirmed. It will have an AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. There is no word on whether the phone will come with a high refresh rate support. Moreover, the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Francis Wong, has also previously hinted at the 5G network support feature on the 8 series.
The vanilla 8 will come with a MediaTek Helio G95 processor. The 8 Pro, on the other hand, is rumoured to launch in 4G and 5G models. The 4G model is likely feature a Snapdragon 720G SoC, whereas the 5G model will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor found on the Realme X7 5G and Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G.
A recent leak suggested that the vanilla Realme 8 will launch in 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage configurations. It will launch in two colours – Cyber Silver and Black.
