Realme is gearing up for the launch of its new laptop in India. The company has confirmed that it will launch the Realme Book very soon. The new laptop from Realme is likely to launch in August 2021. Ahead of the launch, some key details of Realme’s first laptop have been confirmed. The laptop will have a 3:2 aspect ratio and come with a fingerprint scanner as well. Realme has also revealed the design of its laptop, which is heavily inspired by the Apple MacBook Pro. Ahead of the launch, the device has visited the 3C certification website. Realme Book visits 3C ahead of India launch

Realme is gearing up for the launch of its first laptop. Ahead of the rumoured August launch, the Realme Book is listed on 3C certification. The listing confirms that the device will come with 65W fast charging support, which is on par with most laptops in the mid-range price segment.

As per the leaked details, the laptop’s base model is expected to launch in India under Rs 40,000. Some of the key specifications and the design of the upcoming Realme Book had also surfaced on the web earlier this month. The leak suggested that the upcoming Realme laptop will have an aluminium body and super-thin bezels. Tipster OnLeaks leaked the device’s design renders and key specs. 

Realme’s laptop will sport a 14-inch LED display, which is expected to have a Full HD resolution. It will come in multiple configurations with Intel Core i3 and i5 11th generation processors. The laptop is said to run Windows 10 out of the box. It is likely that the company will offer support for Windows 11 in the coming weeks. It will also come with Microsoft Office pre-installed. Details about the RAM and SSD variants are unknown at the moment.

In terms of ports, it will have 1 USB Type-A port and two Type-C slots. The laptop will also have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The power button will double up as a fingerprint scanner. It is likely to weigh under 1.5 kgs.
