Realme is prepping up to launch the Realme GT Neo 5 in the Chinese market. The Realme GT Neo 5 will mark the commercial debut of 240W fast charging on a smartphone. The handset has already been spotted on TENAA and 3C certification websites in the past. Now, we have spotted the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 with the model number RMX3708 on the Geekbench benchmark database.

The Realme GT Neo 5 with the model number RMX3708 made an appearance on the Geekbench 5 benchmark database. The handset scored 1279 points in the single-core round of the test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, it scored 3902 points.
The listing further reveals that the GT Neo 5 will be powered by an octa-core processor with 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration and codename taro. The peak frequency of the processor is 3.0GHz which confirms that the Realme GT Neo 5 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. To those unaware, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is manufactured on Samsung’s 4nm process and brings with it Adreno 730 GPU.
The benchmark listing also reveals that the Realme GT Neo 5 will be available in a 16GB RAM variant. We can expect the brand to launch the device in other memory configurations as well, such as 8GB and 12GB. Also, the upcoming GT series smartphone will come pre-loaded with Android 13 out of the box, but as usual, we will see it with Realme UI 4.0 skin on top.
The Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 2772 × 1240 pixel resolution. The handset will offer a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and another 2MP sensor. The handset will weigh 199 grams and will measure 163.85 × 75.75 × 8.9mm
