Realme GT Neo 5 Official Poster Reveals Launch Date is Set for February

The smartphone is said to be available in two variants. The first variant will sport a 4600mAh battery with a 240W fast charging tech. In contrast, the other will feature a large 5000mAh battery with 150W fast charging tech. Realme will feature dual-cell batteries with the Neo 5 smartphones to achieve better charging speeds.

Summing up, what do we know about GT Neo 5 so far?

Recently, the smartphone was listed in the GeekBench database with model number RMX3708. It has appeared on Chinese certification websites like TENAA and 3C with the same model number. 

The GeekBench listing revealed the clock speeds of the chipset. The clock speed confirms that it will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The chipset pairs with Adreno 730 GPU and is built using Samsung’s 4nm process.

The listing also reveals that it will run on Realme UI 4.0 on top of Android 13 out of the box. The top variant of GT Neo 5 will have a RAM capacity of up to 16GB. It was rumored that the Realme GT Neo 5 would sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. 

It will have a refresh rate of 144Hz and support for 2160Hz PWM Dimming. The smartphone would feature a triple-rear camera setup with a primary 50MP Sony IMX 890 sensor with OIS. 

The sensor would pair with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The TENAA images revealed a punch hole in the center which will house the 16MP sensor.
