While we were waiting for Xiaomi to unveil the Redmi Note 12 series later this month, Xiaomi has now dropped a bomb, revealing that there’s more to the Note 11 series, and hence the Note 12 series will have to wait. Redmi has officially confirmed that the brand would be announcing the Redmi Note 11T and the Note 11T Pro in China.
The company’s performance acceleration technology is said to deliver turbo-level performance, tuning, flagship quality, and a smoother experience with the new devices, which are set to arrive later this month. Wait, Xiaomi Has More to Add to the Note 11T Series
The Redmi Note 11T debuting in China will comprise at least two smartphones – the Redmi Note 11T and the Note 11T Pro. It is interesting to note that Xiaomi already has a Note 11T 5G in India. Redmi’s CEO Lu Weibing recently took to Weibo to tease the launch of new devices under the Note series, and now we have a confirmation.
Redmi Note 11T, Note 11T Pro Specifications (Rumoured)
While the new teaser doesn’t reveal the design or specifications of the upcoming smartphones, two handsets, bearing the model numbers 22041216C and 22041216UC (previously expected to debut as the Note 12 Pro and the Note 12 Pro+) were recently spotted on TENAA.
These smartphones might be the upcoming Redmi Note 11T and the Note 11T Pro in China. Going by the TENAA listing, the upcoming Xiaomi phones will pack in a 4980mAh and 4300mAh battery, carry a 6.6-inch display, measure 8.8mm in thickness and run Android 12.
The same model numbers were also spotted passing the 3C certification. If the above-mentioned model numbers turn out to be the Note 11T series, the handsets might ship with 67W and 120W fast charging capabilities.
Rumour mill has it that the upcoming Note 11T series phones may feature a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 or the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 processor. We expect to learn more about these smartphones as time passes.
