reMarkable is a Norway-based tech startup known for making e-ink tablets. It has finally entered the Indian market with the reMarkable 2 launch. The tablet promises to give a paper-like feel while reading, taking notes, and reviewing documents. It comes with a big display and long-lasting battery life. The reMarkable 2 is priced at Rs 43,999 in India. Users will get the tablet, Marker Plus stylus, and 1-year free Connect trial at this price. The latter is a subscription service that offers unlimited cloud storage with sync, note-taking in the reMarkable mobile and desktop apps, up to three years’ added device protection, and access to exclusive offers.

There is also a reMarkable 2 Bundle featuring the Book Folio cover in gray polymer weave for Rs 57,999. Users can buy the Marker Plus stylus and Type Folio keyboard cover separately for Rs 13,599 and Rs 19,499 respectively. All these products are sold officially through Amazon in India and are already available for purchase.

The reMarkable 2 sports a massive 10.3-inch monochrome e-ink display. It has 1872 x 1404 pixels resolution with 226 DPI. This is a panel that gives a paper-like feel while reading, reviewing documents, and taking notes. One can easily convert handwritten notes into typed texts and can also take notes directly into PDFs. Its Marker Plus stylus has 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt detection.

The tablet supports integration with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Dropbox. A user can also import Microsoft Office files and web articles. Various tools like undo, layers, and move make writing on the tablet a lot more convenient. All notes and documents can be organized efficiently with the help of folders and tags.
