Samsung recently launched a new mid-range A-series handset – Samsung Galaxy A22 in India. Now, the company seems to be gearing up for another A-series smartphone launch in the country. MySmartPrice team, earlier this morning, spotted the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A03s smartphone on BIS certification. BIS certification reveals that the upcoming Samsung handset will carry model number SM-A037F/DS. Since the handset has now cleared by BIS, we can expect it to launch soon in the country. The renders of the handset were leaked on the web back in March revealing some of the key specifications of the device.
Samsung Galaxy A03s Clears BIS Certification!
The Galaxy A03s with model number SM-A037F/DS appeared on BIS hinting towards an imminent launch. We can expect the handset to make its debut in India in the coming weeks. To those unaware, the Galaxy A03s, the successor to Samsung Galxay A02s, will be an entry-level budget smartphone.
High-resolution renders and the key specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A03s handset were leaked a couple of months back. The handset is said to be equipped with a 6.5-inch display and a waterdrop notch, which the company refers to as the infinity-v notch. The handset might feature a 5MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The leaked renders revealed a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash. The primary camera shooter on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A03s might be a 13MP shooter while the other two shooters should be 2MP sensors. The Galaxy A03s will also offer a USB Type-C charging port, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset will measure around 166.6×75.9×9.1mm.
