Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy A25 5G. Recently, we exclusively revealed the renders and full specifications of the device. Today, the team at MySmartPrice spotted the device with the SM-A256E/DSN model number on the NBTC certification website.
The listing on the NBTC website confirms the moniker of the device. It also solidifies that the device will have 5G support. Apart from that, it doesn’t reveal any smartphone specifications.
However, per a previous report, the upcoming Galaxy A25 5G is set to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. This display will boast a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset. The device will be available in two storage configurations with 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage, and it will support MicroSD cards up to 1TB.
Regarding its camera setup, the Galaxy A25 5G will sport a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, it will house a 13MP selfie shooter. The camera will also feature various AI editing features and filters. The device will come with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging.
The smartphone will receive four years of OS and five years of security updates. It will also include Samsung Knox security and Samsung Pay features. Despite being a budget device, the Galaxy A25 5G will have stereo speakers. The device will weigh 197 grams and have 161.0 x 76.5 x 8.3mm dimensions.
Furthermore, the device is slated to debut in 2024. Unfortunately, the exact launch date for the smartphone is not available at the moment. Nevertheless, we look forward to obtaining further information about its launch and pricing in the near future.
