Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Book 4 laptop series in Korea. There are three different models Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra and Samsung has confirmed the launch via a press announcement on it’s website. The key highlight of the new laptops is that they are powered by the new Intel Core Ultra family of processors. The lineup brings a lot of AI features along with improved displays and faster charging.
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Series Price and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series will first become available in South Korea starting January 2024. It is confirmed to get a global launch, but that will happen in select markets gradually. The official announcement does not mention pricing details. We will get to know prices as and when these new laptops will go on sale in each market.
The Galaxy Book 4 Pro and Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 will be available in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver colours. The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra will have just one colour i.e. Moonstone Gray.
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Series Features
The Galaxy Book 4 Pro is the only model in the series that arrives in 14-inch and 16-inch display size options. Both Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra have a single 16-inch size. All three models are built using various recycled materials including glass, plastic, and aluminium.
The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra is a high-end model featuring the best of the things Samsung has to offer. There is a high-resolution AMOLED display with touchscreen input support. You get up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. There are AKG quad speakers with Dolby Atmos for superior audio output.
It comes bundled with a 140W USB Type-C power adapter that can deliver an additional 55% charge within just 30 minutes.
There is an improved cooling system with a vapor chamber 11% wider than before. The Galaxy Book 4 series has Samsung’s Auto Switch functionality that allows seamless switching of Galaxy Buds among multiple devices.
