Samsung has refreshed its Galaxy Book line of laptops. The South Korean tech giant, which is primarily known for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy S21 series flagship smartphones, has unveiled three new laptops in the US. The Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G, as the name suggests, has a 360-degree hinge mechanism. Samsung has also unveiled the Galaxy Book and the Galaxy Book Odyssey alongside. The new Samsung laptops come with an Intel 11th-generation processor under the hood and also offer 5G network connectivity. In addition, they run Windows 11 out of the box. Samsung Galaxy Book lineup expanded with three new laptops

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Book in the US in two variants at a starting price of $749 (roughly Rs 56,300). For the price, users get an Intel Core i5-1135G7 with 8GB RAM. The laptop comes in a single Silver colour option.

The Galaxy Book Odyssey and the Galaxy Book Pro 360 are priced at $1,399.99 (roughly Rs 1,05,100). The former comes in Mystic Black whereas the Pro 360 5G comes in Mystic Silver colour.

Specifications and features

The Galaxy Book features a 15.6-inch Full HD LED, touchscreen display. It comes in two Intel 11th-generation Core i5-1135G7 and Core i7-1165G7 options with up to 16GB of RAM. The laptop also comes with an Intel Iris Xe Max graphics with up to 512GB of SSD storage. The laptop comes with two 2W speakers along with Dolby Atmos support. It has two USB Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 ports and an HDMI slot. The laptop also supports WiFi 6 and comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It packs a 54Wh battery and runs Windows 11 Home out of the box.

The Galaxy Book Odyssey sports a 15.6-inch Full HD LED display. The screen has thin bezels around it and comes with 300 nits brightness. It has a single Intel 11th-generation Core i7-11600H processor, paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050Ti Max-Q Graphics. The laptop has 8GB/ 16GB/ 32GB RAM options with 512GB/ 1TB SSD options. It also comes with two 2W speakers that support Dolby Atmos. The Galaxy Book Odyssey shares the same number of ports as the standard variant but comes with an additional USB 3.2 port. It also has a bigger 83Wh battery inside.

Lastly, the Galaxy Book 360 Pro sports a slightly smaller 13.3-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD resolution. The laptop has two variants with Intel 11th-generation Core i5-1130G7 and Core i7-1160G7. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. The laptop also supports S Pen and come with Intel Iris Xe graphics under the hood. It has a Thunderbolt 4 port alongside two USB Type-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Book Pro 360 packs a 63Wh battery and runs Windows 11 out of the box.
