Samsung will launch the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G and the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G on April 8 in India. The company, last week, confirmed that these handsets will be sold exclusively via Amazon. Samsung has also confirmed some of the key details of the upcoming handsets via the micro-site. Take a look at the details.

Samsung Galaxy M55 5G: Key Specifications Confirmed

Samsung has confirmed that the upcoming Galaxy M55 5G will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and an Adreno 644 GPU. The handset will offer a 120Hz sAMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, 1000nits peak brightness, and a centred punch hole notch.

The Samsung Galaxy M55 5G is also confirmed to sport a triple-rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The handset will offer a 50MP selfie shooter. It will feature support for 45W fast charging and will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery unit. The handset will arrive in Light Green and Black colour options.

Samsung Galaxy M15 5G: Key Specifications Officially Revealed; Spotted on Geekbench and Samsung India Support Website

The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G will feature a 90Hz sAMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, 800nits peak brightness, and a waterdrop notch. The smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. It will be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G will offer a triple-rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary shooter, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, it will offer a 13MP front shooter. The handset will arrive in Stone Grey, Blue Topaz, and Celestine Blue colour options. It will feature support for 4 Android upgrades and five years of security patch updates.

Ahead of the launch, we have also spotted the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G on the Geekbench benchmark database. Alongside, the handset’s support page has also been spotted on the Samsung India website.

In the Geekbench test, the handset scored 689 and 1,837 points in the single-core and multi-core rounds respectively. The listing reveals that it will feature 4GB of RAM and will come pre-loaded with Android 14.
