Samsung, earlier today, unveiled the Samsung Galaxy M55 in Brazil. Now, the company, via an Amazon microsite, has confirmed that the latest M series smartphone will soon launch in the Indian market. Alongside, the Galaxy M55 5G, the Korean tech giant will also launch another M-series handset – the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy M15 5G and Samsung Galaxy M55 5G will be sold exclusively via Amazon in the country. Samsung has not revealed the launch date of the upcoming M series phones, but it has confirmed some of the key details via the teasers on Amazon.

Samsung has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G Indian variant will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 brings with it an integrated Adreno 644 GPU. The smartphone’s Indian variant will feature a triple-camera setup, supported by an LED flash.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G global variant features a 6.7-inch sAMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1000nits peak brightness. The handset comes pre-loaded with OneUI 6.1, based on Android 14. It is equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 45W fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy M55 5G global variant offers a triple-camera setup including a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone gets a 50MP shooter for selfies. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and weighs around 180 grams.
Samsung Galaxy M15 5G to Feature a 6000mAh Battery
Additionally, Samsung has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G Indian variant will ship with a 6000mAh battery unit. The company also revealed that the handset will feature an AMOLED display. The teasers also suggest that the upcoming M series smartphone will offer a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G global variant offers a 6.5-inch sAMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. The smartphone offers a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth camera on the rear.
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G comes with 25W fast charging support. It offers a 13MP selfie camera and relies on a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is eligible for four Android version upgrades.
