The Samsung Galaxy S24 series– which will include the Samsung Galaxy S24, Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra— is all set to launch globally on January 17. Almost all details of the upcoming flagship devices have been leaked ahead of the launch. It was rumoured that the South Korean brand will launch the top-end Galaxy S24 Ultra worldwide with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, whereas the Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 will launch with the Exynos 2400 in select markets including India. However, the latest leaks claims that only the base variant will come with the Exynos 2400 in India.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus And Galaxy S24 Ultra Will Feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in India
The latest information comes from the tipster Tarun Vats on X.com. According to the post, Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in India. Vats has also revealed that both Plus and Ultra models will start with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
According to the tipster, the Galaxy S24 Plus will start at Rs 1,04,999 or 1,05,999 and the Ultra variant will start at Rs 1,34,999 or Rs 1,35,999. We will get to know more details in the coming weeks as the launch draws closer.
More than specifications, Samsung will focus on the ‘Generative AI’ features of the Galaxy S24 series, which will likely be used to enhance several key functions on the device. According to an earlier leak, Samsung is expected to introduce an ‘edit’ feature on the camera, powered by ‘Generative AI’, where users will be able to remove or edit out an object or person from the photo. We will have to wait and see how many AI-driven features Samsung will showcase at the launch event.
