Samsung has announced a couple of new mid-range handsets under the M-series. The company silently listed the Samsung Galaxy M23 5G and the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G specifications on its official newsroom. The latest Samsung Galaxy M-series handsets come pre-loaded with Android 12.
Following the footprints of the S-series, the M-series devices will also not ship with a charger in the box. Let us take a closer look at Samsung Galaxy M23 and Galaxy M33 specifications and features.

Samsung Galaxy M33 5G Specifications and Features
The Galaxy M33 sports a 6.6-inch Full HD+ TFT display with a 1080 x 2408 pixel resolution and a waterdrop notch. The handset offers an 8MP selfies camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
The Galaxy M33 has a quad-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the device is a 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. Accompanying it is a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, a 2 MP macro lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
The Galaxy M33 is powered by an octa-core processor with a 2.4GHz peak frequency. Though, the company hasn’t mentioned the processor details. It comes in two configurations – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The smartphone boots Android 12 based OneUI 4.1.
The Galaxy M33 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery unit. It comes in three colour variants – Blue, Green, and Brown. The handset weighs 215grams and measures 165.4 x 76.9 x 9.4mm.

The display on the Galaxy M23 is exactly the same as the one on the Galaxy M33. The handset offers an 8MP front shooter with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls.
The Galaxy M23 camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The handset is powered by a 5,000mAh battery unit.
The Galaxy M23 is powered by an octa-core processor with a 2.2Ghz peak frequency. It comes in a single configuration – 4GB + 128GB. It comes pre-loaded with OneUI 4.1, based on Android 12.
The Galaxy M23 comes in two colour options – Deep Green and Light Blue. It measures 165.5 x 77 x 8.4mm and weighs 198g.
Both the Galaxy M23 and M33 are 5G enabled and offers side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
