The Sony PS5 Slim and PS5 Digital Edition Slim are priced at Rs 54,990 and Rs 44,990, respectively in the country. The Sony DualSense Wireless controller can also be bought through BlinkIt and is priced at Rs 5,990.
Sony Play Station 5 (Slim): Features, Specifications
The Sony PS5 Slim and PS5 Digital Edition Slim feature a compact form factor compared to the Sony PS5. These consoles weigh almost 25% less and require about 30% less volume than the PS5. The Sony PS5 Slim sports an octa-core AMD Ryzen Zen 2 processor with a Radeon RDNA 2-based graphics engine.
The PS5 Slim features 16GB GDDR6 RAM and 1TB NVMe SSD. It has a super-speed USB Type-C port (supports up to 10Gbps), a hi-speed USB Type-C port, and two USB Type-A ports. It has an Ethernet port and features support for WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. There is also an HDMI 2.1 port, which supports 4K at 120Hz, 8K outputs.
The PS5 Slim weighs 3.2 kg and measures 358×96×216 mm. The PS5 Digital Edition Slim measures 358 × 80 × 216 mm and weighs 2.6kgs.
