OnePlus Pad Go Tablet Surfaces on BIS Certification Ahead of Launch

OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Pad in February this year. The OnePlus Pad features an 11.61-inch IPS LCD display that has a 2000 x 2800 pixels resolution and a 296 PPI pixel density. It is powered by Dimensity 9000 SoC which is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Now, after the launch of the OnePlus Pad, it appears that OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of yet another tablet dubbed as the OnePlus Pad Go. The reason for this is that tipster @1NormalUsername has spotted the reference to the “OnePlus Pad Go” and “OPD2304” on the OnePlus China website. However, the post related to the OnePlus Pad Go is now deleted from the website.

OnePlus Could Be Introducing OnePlus Pad Go in India

Additionally, the tipster also has spotted the OnePlus Pad Go with model numbers OPD2304 and OPD2305 on India’s BIS certification website. The OnePlus Pad Go was registered on August 16, 2023. This does indicate that this upcoming tablet from OnePlus could launch in India. Considering that the tablet carries a “Go” moniker, it could target a lower-price segment and compete with more affordable tablets in India. Currently, the specifications of the OnePlus Go remain unknown. We might get to learn more details about the device if it appears on more certifications and benchmark listings in the coming few days.

On the software side of things, the device boots Android 13 out of the box with OxygenOS 13 skin on top.

The tablet features a 13MP primary camera which has a f/2.2 aperture. The front of the tablet consists of an 8MP camera which can be used to capture selfies and make video calls. The OnePlus Pad packs a 9,510mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging. The base variant of the tablet which packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage is priced at Rs 37,999 in India, while the variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage costs Rs 39,999. The tablet comes in a single Halo Green colour.
