Vodafone Idea (Vi) has refreshed the benefits of its Rs 839 Hero Unlimited recharge plan. Notably, the Rs 839 plan was already available to Vi users with several benefits but now offers an additional 3-month Disney+ Hotstar subscription. However, the new benefit is part of Vi’s app exclusive benefits. Only those using the official Vi app to recharge the Rs 839 plan will get a new benefit. Vi is Offering Free Disney+ Hotstar With Rs 839 Recharge Plan
The loss-making telecom operator Vi or Vodafone Idea is known for offering multiple benefits to its users to retain them and attract new subscribers. One of the moves by the telco is to offer attractive app-exclusive benefits to users who recharge their Vi number using the official Vi app. The latest app-exclusive benefit includes a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar membership with one of the most popular Vi recharge plans.
The Rs 839 recharge plan was already available with the telecom operator but has now been included in the Hero Unlimited section on the website. Those who recharge with the Rs 839 recharge plan on the Vi app will get the Disney+ Hotstar benefit.
The plan also offers unlimited calls, 2GB of daily data, and 100 SMS per day. The pack comes with a validity of 84 days. Other benefits include Binge All Night (free streaming and browsing between 12 and 6 am), 2GB monthly backup data, and Weekend Data Rollover. Users also get free access to Vi movies & TV.
Vi also offers a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar subscription with Rs 399 and Rs 499 Hero Unlimited recharge plans. These plans also offer free 5GB extra data to users. The Rs 390 recharge plan offers 2GB daily data, and the Rs 499 plan offers 3GB daily. Both plans have 28 days validity and offer the same benefit as the Rs 839 plan. However, the Disney+ Hotstar benefit provided with these plans is not app exclusive.
If you are looking for a longer Disney+ Hotstar subscription, the Rs 601, Rs 901, and Rs 1,066 Vi recharge plans offer an annual subscription to the OTT service to users. These plans are also not app exclusive and offer 5GB extra data to users. The Rs 601 Vi Hero Unlimited plan offers 28 days of validity, whereas the Rs 901 and Rs 1,066 plans come with 70 days and 84 days of validity, respectively. All other benefits of these plans remain the same as Rs 839 plan. These plans are great for those who are looking to get a Disney+ Hotstar subscription to catch up on their favourite movies or shows.
