Vivo has confirmed the launch of the Vivo T3 5G smartphone in India. The Flipkart microsite for the device went live, confirming its online availability and design. The Chinese smartphone brand announced the launch date through X (formerly Twitter).

Vivo T3 5G India Launch Date

Vivo T3 5G smartphone will debut on March 21 in India. The microsite reveals that Vivo will equip the smartphone with the segment’s fastest MediaTek SoC.

According to the brand’s teaser, the device will come with the segment’s first Sony IMX Sensor with OIS. However, the exact sensor name has not been confirmed. The chipset and camera details will be unveiled on March 16 and 18.

Vivo T3 5G Expected Specifications

Vivo is tipped to launch the smartphone in Crystal Flake and Cosmic Blue shades. A report from Appuals reveals that Vivo will debut the smartphone with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution.

The AMOLED panel will support a 120Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits of peak brightness. According to an earlier leak, the Vivo T3 5 G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. The chipset is fabricated using a 4nm process and will pair with 8GB of RAM and 128 / 256GB of internal storage. Remember that Vivo has not officially confirmed the processor and only indicated it plans to use a Mediatek one.

Leaks have also claimed that the triple rear camera setup will comprise a 50MP Sony IMX 882 primary sensor with OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP bokeh lens. We will have to wait and see if this Sony sensor is being used on the phone’s rear camera.

Vivo will equip the device with a centred punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 44W wired charging support.
