Vivo, earlier this month announced a new V-series smartphone – the Vivo V30. Now, Vivo India has dropped the first teaser for the Vivo V30 series India launch. The company reveals that the latest iteration of V-series will consist of two handsets – Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro. Check out the details.
Vivo V30 Series India Launch Confirmed
A dedicated micro-site is now live on the Flipkart and Vivo India website. The site reveals some of the key specifications of the upcoming handsets. The teasers confirm that the Vivo V30 Pro will feature Zeiss tuned camera setup. It will be the first V-series smartphone with Zeiss co-branding. This is something we had exclusively reported a while ago.
The Vivo V30 Pro will also offer Zeiss-style portraits which include biotar style bokeh, sonar style bokeh, cinematic style bokeh, planar style bokeh, Distagon style bokeh, and cine-flare portrait.
As per a recent leak, the V30 Pro 50MP Sony IMX920 primary camera with OIS support. The V30 series will offer a triple-rear camera setup with OIS and Aura Light portrait. The studio-quality aura light will allow for smart colour temperature adjustment.

The Vivo V30 series will also feature a curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and centred punch hole notch. The company has also confirmed the colour options for the V30 series. There will be three colours, namely, Andaman Blue, Peacock Green, and Classic Black. It is also suggested that the upcoming Vivo V30 Pro will be the slimmest phone of 2024.
The smartphones could be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery. The Vivo V30 is already available globally and will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 80W fast charging support, and more. As per a Geekbench listing, the V30 Pro will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC with 12GB of RAM. The phones will most likely run Android 14.
The V30 series is confirmed to launch in Thailand on February 28 and will then reach India. We will keep you posted with further updates, hence, stay tuned.
