Vivo is prepping up to launch its first foldable phone in China on April 11. The company has been teasing the device for a while on its website, it has also confirmed the design of the phone. The folding mechanism of the X Note is similar to that of the Galaxy Z Fold3.

As per the recent development, a poster of the Vivo X Fold has leaked (via Abhishek Yadav) ahead of launch. The poster reveals the detailed specifications of the device and confirms that it will come with two 120Hz display panels, one inside and one for cover. Vivo X Fold Full Specifications Leaked

As mentioned in the leaked poster, the device will sport an 8-inch foldable screen with a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. It will come with LTPO 3.0 technology. The cover display will be 6.53-inch tall that will have a Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo X Fold will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset that will be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will boot on Android 12 based Origin OS out of the box.

Vivo’s first foldable phone houses a quad-camera setup on the back in a circular camera module. It has a 50MP GN5 main camera with OIS support, a 48MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP portrait camera with 2x zoom, and a 5MP sensor with 5x zoom support.

It will pack a 4,600 mAh battery unit and support 66W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Other features include WiFi6, NFC support, alert slide, etc.

It is unclear whether the company will bring the foldable to other regions such as India or will limit it just like Oppo did with its Find N. Vivo is also launching its next gen flagship, Vivo X Note, and Vivo Pad on April 11 alongside the X Fold.
