Vivo appears to be preparing to launch a new Y-series smartphone – the Vivo Y200i. Ahead of the launch, we have spotted the upcoming Vivo Y200i on the Geekbench benchmark, 3C certification, and China Telecom websites. Let us take a closer look at the details.

Vivo Y200i Design Price Revealed Through China Telecom Listing

As per the China telecom listing, the Vivo Y200i will feature a full-screen display with a centred punch hole notch and a thick chin. The smartphone will include a dual-rear camera setup inside a circular camera module, which will reside in the top left corner of the rear panel.

The Vivo Y200i has appeared with a flat edge design and will have room for a 3.5mm audio jack, speaker grille, primary microphone, and a USB Type-C port along the top edge. The power and volume rockers will reside along the right edge of the device. The top edge of the device will house the secondary microphone and the left edge will make room for the SIM card tray.

The listing reveals that the smartphone will be backed by a 6,000mAh battery and will feature a 2408×1080p resolution display. It will weigh around 199 grams and will measure 165.70×76.00×7.99mm. The Vivo Y200i has the model number V2354A. The handset scored 3,199 points in the single-core round and 7,931 in the multi-core round of the Geekbench 4.4 benchmark test. The listing reveals the presence of an octa-core processor with the codename Parrot and Adreno 613 GPU.

It is suggested that the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is fabricated on a 4nm process and brings with it an Adreno 613 GPU. The handset, as per Geekbench, will feature 8GB of RAM and will come pre-loaded with Android 14.

Vivo Y200i Acquires 3C Certification

The Vivo Y200i has also acquired 3C certification in China. As per the listing, the upcoming Y-series handset will feature support for 44W fast charging.

The listing reveals that the chargers with model numbers V4440L0A0-CN and V4440L0E0-CN were used for testing purposes. These chargers support 15W (5V/3A), 18W (9V/2A), and 44W (11V/4A) fast charging.
