Popular Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi will be launching its next flagship Android smartphone at an event in Beijing on February 20, the very same day when rival Samsung will be unveiling its Galaxy S10 series smartphones at an Unpacked event in San Francisco. However, according to a tip that we have received, the Mi 9 will not be the only new product that Xiaomi will launch at the event in Beijing. Alongside the Mi 9, Xiaomi will also launch a new 10000mAh wireless charger power bank.

Xiaomi’s First Wireless Charger Power Bank to Launch in China Next Week

Xiaomi will be launching its first wireless charger power bank in China on February 20. While we cannot deny the possibility of a version with 20000mAh capacity launching in China in the future, the company will only launch a 10000mAh version next week. Apart from the battery capacity and wireless charging capabilities, however, there is nothing else that we know about the wireless charger power bank currently.

The main highlight at Xiaomi’s launch event in Beijing next week, of course, will be the Mi 9. Xiaomi’s next flagship smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 7nm processor under the hood, likely coupled with up to 10GB of RAM. Thanks to the more powerful chipset, the Mi 9 will be a significant upgrade over the Mi 8 in terms of performance. Going by the AnTuTu score shared by Xiaomi yesterday, the Mi 9 might be even faster than the Snapdragon 855-powered Lenovo Z5 Pro GT and the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10. The Mi 9 will also feature a triple-camera setup on the back with a 48MP main sensor. In addition to a triple-camera setup on the back, the Mi 9 will also come with a bigger 6.4-inch AMOLED display and a 24MP AI selfie snapper. Other rumored specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 9 include an In-display fingerprint sensor and a 3500mAh capacity battery with 32W fast charging support.
