Xiaomi has officially launched a new Civi series smartphone, the Xiaomi Civi 3 as promised earlier. This new offering from Xiaomi arrives as a successor to the Xiaomi Civi 2. The newly launched Xiaomi Civi 3 arrives with a 6.55-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core processor which is coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The handset features a triple-camera setup at the back, a dual front-facing selfie camera, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Xiaomi Civi 3 Pricing, Availability

The Xiaomi Civi 3 comes in four colour options – Rose Purple, Mint Green, Adventure Gold, and Coconut Ash. The base Xiaomi Civi 3 model which comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage is priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 29,300). The 12GB RAM variant with 512GB of internal storage costs CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs 31,600). The top-end model which comes with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage is priced at CNY 2999 (roughly Rs 35,200). The device is available for pre-order in China starting today.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 is powered by an octa-core 4nm Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor which is paired with Mali-G610 GPU. The device ships with up to 16GB of RAM and has 1TB of internal storage. The smartphone features a 6.55-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel has a 1500 nits brightness, DCI-P3 Color Gamut, HDR10+ support, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. As for the software, the device boots MIUI 14 out of the box.

When it comes to imaging, the Civi 3 has a triple-camera setup at the back. The camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX800 sensor which has a f/1.77 aperture and OIS support. Accompanying the 50MP lens there is a 8MP ultra-wide camera with a f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens. The front of the device consists of a pill-shaped cutout which includes a dual selfie camera. The front-facing camera setup includes a 32MP primary lens which has a f/2.0 aperture and autofocus. The secondary camera on the front side is also 32MP. This 32MP ultra-wide angle lens has EIS support and a f/2.4 aperture.

The front and rear-facing cameras can record 4K videos at 30 fps. The device packs a 4,500mAh battery which has 67W fast charging support. Connectivity-wise, the handset has several features such as 5G, 4G, dual-SIM card slot, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and a USB Type-C port. Last but not least, the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos support, and a Hi-Res wireless audio certification.
