Asus has added yet another smartphone to their existing Zenfone catalogue. The latest Zenfone 2 Deluxe comes with top-of-the-line hardware and simultaneously bears a cheaper price tag than any other flagship devices.

The Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core chipset that keeps the device performing at its optimum best. To allow users to work on more than two apps at the same time, Asus has paired the chipset with 4GB of RAM. Users can also enjoy flawless gaming experience. The smartphone is equipped with 64GB of onboard storage which offers enough room to store all necessary data. However, if you feel that does not meet your requirements you can also use the expansion slot to boost the storage further via a microSD card slot.

Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection ensures that your big 5.5-inch screen remain scratch-free. The 5.5-inch display offers Full HD (1920x1080 pixels) screen resolution and projects vivid images. On the software front, the Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with the proprietary Zen UI on top.

In terms of connectivity, the device sports twin SIM slots to let users use two network connections at the same time. Other connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port. It is fuelled by a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery that has enough juice to keep the device functioning for an entire day.

In a nutshell, the Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is more of an upgraded version of the previously launched high-end Zenfone 2. Although the device comes with top-notch hardware and is expected to compete with the likes of OnePlus 2, it misses out on few aspects like a fingerprint scanner, Full HD resolution, etc.
