How is the screen glass quality of this phone?
One of my friends has the same mobile and the problems faced are:
1. Once the battery is completely discharged, the screen goes blank automatically.
2. The service centers are of a third party, not a direct one.
3. They kept the phone with them and later said that we have to pay Rs. 5,000.
Overall, the phone is good, but it has some software and hardware problems. Once it starts to show problems, then it's tough to revive.
Regarding your question:
The phone's screen is not that strong, it can withstand 1-1.5 feet fall, but a harsh fall on the road will damage it, or a fall above .5 feet in the house can also damage it.
I hope I have answered the question.

How to enable VoLTE network in this mobile?
There is no possibility of enabling VoLTE in this phone unless they give you a software update. However, if your query is related to using Jio SIM cards on this phone, you can place calls via the Jio4GVoice app.
Hope your question is answered.

Mark Helpful (191) First, you have to unlock your bootloader and then flash twrp 2.8. On twrp flash VoLTE zip file, there are many videos on youtube in complete detail. All the required files will be in video descriptions so search on youtube watch and try.

Mark Helpful (191) In LeEco, there is not any specific option available for enabling VoLTE. But it supports VoLTE. Go to system settings-mobile networks- preferred network should be 4G and turn on enable roaming service.

Mark Helpful (172) VoLTE is already enabled just you have to put the VoLTE SIM. To enable VoLTE, type *#*#4636#*#* and on phone information first set preferred network type to LTE only and put SIM in the first slot.

Mark Helpful (170) This device doesn't support voLTE. It supports LTE only. You can enable it from settings, go to preferred networks and click on LTE & 4G. That's all; you will get LTE Network on this device.

Does it support 2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, OTG, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity?
Yes, it supports everything, but the thing is that it has the overheating problem. It gets heated more even on the normal use, so you better go with some other phones. Other than the heating problem, the overall performance is good.

Mark Helpful (189) Yes, it supports all the above connectivity features. But for now, please don't buy this phone, because you will not receive further Android updates. The company has also closed all their service centres in India.

Mark Helpful (179) Yes, it does support all the features. But there is one problem with Le Eco, after 7-8months its charging port gets damaged. You have to change the motherboard of your phone.

Mark Helpful (160) It supports 2G, 3G, 4G, OTG, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. But it does not support VoLTE service, and I hope in the next update this feature will be added.

Mark Helpful (152) It does not support VoLTE. But avoid this as the company is now closing its operations. The service centre support is not available.

What is the warranty period of this product?
Accessories- 6 months
Smartphone- 1 year.
But I have been facing the problem in the adapter since Jan. I called to customer care but they didn't reply me and told me that Le Eco has stopped their services in India.
In the service point of view, I will suggest you not to buy this smartphone.

Mark Helpful (183) Yes, it has much heating issue. It becomes very hot if you charge and use the phone at the same time. But the main issue is with the metal body which causes the heating problem.
By mdsaifullah774, 24 months ago
Mark Helpful (161) During normal uses, I did not notice heating problem. But for running videos for hours and hours, yes it does heat up, but I think that's normal.

Mark Helpful (159) Yes, you may face it sometimes while charging or during heavy usage. However, it cools down equally fast.

Mark Helpful (123) Yes. The phone heats and lags a lot. That's the reason I've switched to Mi phones since last year.
