Moto G4 Details

The Moto G (3rd Gen) is succeeded by the Moto G4. The latest offering runs the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 operating system out of the box and comes bundled with decent specs. One of the interesting features of the latest offering is that the device is water-resistant (IPX7 certified). The feature which is similar to the Moto G 3rd Gen keeps your device protected against any unwanted splashes of water. The Moto G4, unlike the Moto G 3rd Gen, will be available exclusively on Amazon.
On its face, the Moto G4 boasts a 5.5-inch Full HD display which reproduces bright and vibrant colors even in the most demanding situations. The screen also comes with great viewing angles which bring about a unique visual experience. Along with the IPX7 certification, the smartphone also has Corning Gorilla Glass protection that prevents the screen from getting scratched.
To offer flawless and smooth sailing the Moto G4 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset. Users can also indulge themselves in smooth and lag-free multitasking as the SoC is coupled with 2GB of RAM. As far as storage is concerned, one need not worry as there is 16GB of internal storage space which can further be expanded using a microSD card which makes way for enough space for all necessary apps and personal files. With Adreno 405 GPU, one can also play high-end games without worrying about any performance issues.
The imaging section remains unaltered to the Moto G 3rd Gen, there is the same 13-megapixel rear shooter which is supported with a dual-tone LED flash to aid in dim light conditions. Using the rear camera one can click quality images in bright as well as in dull environments. The primary camera can also be used for capturing full HD videos. For video calling via Messenger and Skype and capturing selfies, the Moto G4 sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an OmniVision OV5693 sensor.
For connectivity, there are several options including 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microUSB 2.0 port. The smartphone is backed up by a Li-Ion 3,000 mAh cell which can keep the device up for an entire day with moderate to heavy operation.
With a good display and decent camera, the Moto G4 seems to be a good device. If you are looking for performance and also not willing to spend much then the Moto G4 might fit your choice.
