OPPO A78 4G

The OPPO A78 4G is the latest 4G smartphone by the Chinese smartphone maker OPPO. The handset boasts a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. The larger 20:9 aspect ratio screen has a 90Hz refresh rate which offers a smooth scrolling experience. The display panel has a 409 PPI pixel density, and it offers vibrant colours, sharp details, and excellent contrast. The phone has a slim design and a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner of the display. At the left side of the device, there's a SIM tray, whereas the right side consists of a power button and volume keys. The smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded in a power button. Additionally, the OPPO A78 4G has face unlock support which works through the selfie camera. This latest 4G smartphone from OPPO boots ColorOS 13 software version which is based on Android 13 OS.

Powering the smartphone under the hood there is an octa-core Snapdragon 680 SoC which is paired with a Adreno 610 GPU. The phone ships with 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The handset offers smooth and lag-free performance, allowing users to effortlessly navigate through apps, and switch between tasks. Furthermore, the device has a dual-camera setup at the back. The camera module includes a 50MP primary camera which has OIS support, PDAF, and 4K video-recording support. Accompanying the 50MP sensor there is a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side, there is a 16MP camera by which users can capture detailed selfies and make video calls.

The OPPO A78 4G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery which can easily last throughout the day on a single charge. The device also supports 67W fast charging. Connectivity-wise, this latest A-series smartphone has several features like a dual-SIM card slot, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
