Samsung has launched its Galaxy On7 Pro, which is an upgraded version of the ongoing Galaxy On7. The device has plenty of improvements over Galaxy On7 such as processor, internal memory, RAM and other improvements in software department. The device has an all plastic build, with chrome garnish around the edge of the display. On the back, the device has a removable panel with faux leather texture over it. The device measures 151.8 x 77.5 x 8.2mm and weighs a hefty 172 grams. The Galaxy On7 Pro is sold in Gold and Black.

The Galaxy On7 Pro comes with a 5.5-inch HD display featuring TFT panel, unlike the other Samsung smartphones that feature AMOLED technology. Being a budget device, Samsung has compromised on display protection, the device does not come with Gorilla Glass protection in order to save cost, though it has a scratch-resistant display. The display delivers decent viewing angles. It is fairly readable under direct sunlight.

The internal storage has also been bumped to 16GB opposed to the 8GB on the Galaxy On7 . The internal storage can further be expanded to 128GB via microSD card. Overall the device delivers fast performance considering the price tag the device comes with.

The device is backed by a 3,000 mAh lithium-Ion battery. The ultra-efficient Snapdragon chipset and Samsung's optimisation ensures longer battery backup. The device can be up and running through an entire day with heavy usage.
